Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end mobilization and demobilization processes for both white-collar and blue-collar employees.

Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and project teams to ensure manpower mobilization schedules are met.

Liaise with ADNOC (or other Oil & Gas clients) for gate passes, site access, and mandatory approval requirements.
-
Manage visa processing, medical tests, Emirates ID, insurance, and onboarding formalities for employees.
-
Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE, HR, and security requirements during mobilization.
-
Prepare and maintain mobilization trackers, employee records, and documentation.
-
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation logistics for mobilized staff.

🇺🇸 Scope of Responsibilities
-
Manage all activities related to the pre-qualification, bidding, and pre-award stages of contractual and commercial issues up to the award of the contract.

Handle contracts with clients.
-
Oversee partnering agreements with potential partners.
-
Manage exclusivity and tie-up arrangements with vendors and subcontractors, including contractual terms and conditions with key vendors/subcontractors.
-
Conduct risk review processes including identification, mitigation, and management of contractual risks.
-
Ensure compliance with commercial procedures and establish best practices while promoting continuous improvement to protect the company’s commercial position.
-
Ensure sufficient commercial resources within the commercial team to support pre-award and bidding activities.
-
Define clear roles, responsibilities, accountability, and authority levels for all commercial team members.

Roles and Responsibilities
-
Ensure effective implementation of Project HSE Plan & Procedures for their area of work and type of activities.
-
Carry out a risk assessment on the site to determine potential hazards and risk levels.
-
Determine the operational controls required either to eliminate or to reduce the risk level.
-
Determine the required personal protective equipment and issue it to the concerned staff.
-
Ensure the employees wear the protective equipment and adhere to the safety requirements of the job.
-
Keep track of incidents on the site.
-
Promote a culture of "Safety First" within the organization.

🇺🇸 Candidate Requirements

Minimum 30 years of age
-
Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
-
At least 7 years of experience in lifting operations in Oil & Gas (Offshore/Onshore), including 5+ years in a similar position as Appointed Person
-
Proven competency and hands-on experience in preparing and executing lifting plans
-
Ability to write lifting plans, supervise and execute critical lifts
-
Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing preparation
-
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, problem-solving, IT skills, and effective communication
-
Familiarity with international lifting standards and experience in Change Management
