Controlling certain financial and/or contractual matters of a construction project under the supervision of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

📋 Roles and Responsibilities

• Pre-measure allocated trades and sections at contract start-up

• Work with clients, PQS, and team liaison to agree on monthly measures, final measures, and variation costing

• Conduct regular site inspections, reviewing progress and possible variations

• Communicate daily with the Operations Team on site, understanding the work programme and site progress

• Re-measure works as required

• Prepare monthly progress claims

Position Overview

A highly skilled BIM Modeler Draftsman specializing in waterproofing systems is needed to join our design and construction team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate and detailed BIM models and technical drawings for waterproofing-related projects.

• Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for waterproofing systems throughout the project lifecycle.
