Mechanical Draftsman- HVAC (Revit & AutoCAD)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Draughtsman to prepare and manage technical drawings essential for HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD or Revit, with strong knowledge of mechanical design and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
Interpret mechanical design specifications and convert them into detailed technical drawings.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and other disciplines (electrical, plumbing, etc.) to maintain layout consistency.
Revise drawings based on comments and mark-ups from consultants or engineers.
Maintain well-organized and up-to-date drawing records and document control.
Assist engineers with design calculations and documentation as needed.

رسام فني نظم التكييف والتبريد (دوام كامل)

وصف الوظيفة:

نبحث عن رسام فني ذو خبرة في مجال التكييف والتبريد، ليقوم بإعداد وإدارة الرسومات الفنية اللازمة لمشاريع التكييف. يجب أن يكون المتقدم متمكنًا من استخدام برامج أوتوكاد (AutoCAD) أو ريفِت (Revit)، ويمتلك معرفة قوية بتصميم وتنفيذ الأعمال الميكانيكية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إعداد رسومات الورشة، ورسومات التنسيق، ورسومات التنفيذ النهائية (As-built) باستخدام أوتوكاد أو ريفيت.
تفسير مواصفات التصميم الميكانيكي وتحويلها إلى رسومات فنية تفصيلية.
التأكد من توافق جميع الرسومات مع مواصفات المشروع، والمعايير الصناعية، ومتطلبات العميل.
التنسيق مع المهندسين، وفرق العمل في الموقع، والتخصصات الأخرى (الكهرباء، السباكة، إلخ) للحفاظ على تناسق التخطيط.
تعديل الرسومات بناءً على الملاحظات والتعليقات من الاستشاريين أو المهندسين.
الحفاظ على تنظيم وتحديث سجلات الرسومات وإدارة الوثائق.
دعم المهندسين في تطوير حسابات التصميم والوثائق عند الحاجة.

Steel Structural Engineer – Fabrication

Prepare, review, and interpret structural steel fabrication and shop drawings.
Coordinate with design, drafting, and fabrication teams to ensure accuracy and quality.
Provide technical support for fabrication, erection, and installation works.
Conduct structural analysis ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Inspect and monitor fabrication activities to meet quality and safety requirements.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients regarding technical queries and project updates.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in steel structural fabrication and erection.
