Filling Machine Operator | Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

We are seeking a Filling Machine Operator to join our production team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This role offers hands-on experience in operating filling machinery and managing production processes under supervision.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Production Manager/Supervisor, the Filling Machine Operator is responsible for operating filling equipment and performing associated processes, including preparing raw materials, packaging, unloading, labeling, and maintaining compliance with company and legal rules.

Key Responsibilities

Operate filling machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment to achieve production targets.
Ensure correct filling volumes, weights, and labeling per product specifications.
Conduct pre-start checks, routine inspections, and minor equipment adjustments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area following 5S principles.
Follow all safety rules, wear required PPE, and report hazards or equipment issues promptly.
Record production data, batch numbers, and downtime accurately.
Assist in product or packaging changeovers.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Minimum Requirements

Basic education, high school diploma, or general education diploma.
No prior experience required.
Knowledge of common software programs (e.g., MS Office).
Ability to read and understand work orders, production processes, safety regulations, quality procedures, and instructions.
Availability to work in shifts.

الالتزام بجميع قواعد السلامة، ارتداء معدات الحماية الشخصية، والإبلاغ عن أي مخاطر أو مشكلات في المعدات فوراً.
تسجيل بيانات الإنتاج، أرقام الدفعات، وأوقات التوقف بدقة.
المساعدة في تغيير المنتجات أو تنسيقات التعبئة.

المتطلبات الأساسية

We are seeking a Technical & Specification Manager – BAS ME Region to join our Middle East team. Reporting to the Business Head BAS ME, this role acts as the primary link between market/customer needs and internal teams, providing strategic technology direction, technical support, and insights for BAS Adhesives product lines.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management (30%)

Provide technical expertise and support for existing BAS Adhesives product lines.
Lead technical specification initiatives and provide guidance on product selection.
Collaborate with product management and R&D to align product development with market requirements.

Business Development (40%)

Identify and analyze market opportunities and customer needs.
Support commercial sales teams with technical insights, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
Drive customer engagement initiatives, including training, presentations, and workshops.

Additional Responsibilities (30%)

Liaise across functions including marketing, regulatory, technical service, and business process management.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Support regional projects, ensuring alignment with global standards and business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field; Master’s preferred.
7+ years’ experience in adhesives, coatings, or chemical product industries.
Strong technical knowledge of adhesives, sealants, and coatings, including formulation and application.
