Joinery Estimator

Location: Sharjah – Full Time

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Estimator with a proven track record in pre-contract estimation and quantity surveying for specialized joinery contractors. The candidate will provide competitive estimates for supply and installation packages valued between AED 1M – AED 10M.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate pre-contract estimates.

• Assist in production with procurement sheets and cutting lists.

• Negotiate tenders and strengthen subcontractor relationships.

• Coordinate project changes during the post-contract stage.

• Conduct site surveys when required.

Requirements:

• Educational background in a related field.

• Strong knowledge of joinery fabrication methods.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Good understanding of technical drawings.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proven experience in joinery estimation is mandatory.

الوصف الوظيفي:
تبحث الشركة عن مقدر أعمال نجارة متمرس، لديه خبرة مثبتة في تقدير الأعمال قبل التعاقد وإعداد الكميات لشركات النجارة المتخصصة. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن إعداد عروض أسعار تنافسية لحزم التوريد والتركيب لمشاريع تتراوح قيمتها بين مليون و10 ملايين درهم إماراتي في قطاعات متعددة (سكني – تجاري – ضيافة).

المسؤوليات:

• إعداد تقديرات دقيقة للأعمال قبل التعاقد.

• المساعدة في عملية الإنتاج من خلال توفير جداول المشتريات وقوائم التقطيع.

• التفاوض على المناقصات وتعزيز العلاقات مع مقاولي الباطن.

• التنسيق مع الفريق لأي تغييرات خلال مرحلة ما بعد التعاقد.

• حضور الزيارات الميدانية عند الحاجة.

المتطلبات:

• خلفية تعليمية في مجال مشابه.
