1. Accountant

Job Description:
We are hiring an Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify all invoices (purchase & sales).

• Match transactions with financial procedures and contracts.

• Process payables/receivables and verify accuracy (2-way & 3-way match).

• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure payments are up to date.

• Handle cash, bank transfers, and check payments.

• Resolve discrepancies by issuing debit/credit notes.

• Reconcile vendor/buyer accounts monthly.

• Ensure purchase/sales modules and inventory match GL accounts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting, preferably in building materials/stone industry.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Job Description:

• Estimate costs related to materials, labor, and transportation.
