Lifting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

•  Supervise and coordinate all lifting and rigging operations on the project site.
•  Review and implement approved lifting plans in coordination with the Appointed Person.
•  Ensure lifting equipment, including cranes, slings, shackles, and spreader beams, is certified and inspected before use.
•  Conduct pre-lift inspections and toolbox talks with rigging and lifting teams.
•  Verify ground conditions and ensure lifting areas are properly barricaded and controlled.
•  Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, banksmen, and signalmen to ensure clear communication and execution of the lift.
•  Monitor compliance with HSE requirements and stop unsafe activities immediately.
•  Maintain daily records of lifting activities, inspections, and equipment used.
•  Ensure all lifting operations are conducted within the Safe Working Load (SWL) and radius limits.
•  Participate in incident investigations involving lifting equipment or operations.
•  Support the preparation of Permit to Work (PTW) and ensure all safety documentation is in place.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering is a plus.
• Certified Lifting Supervisor (from a third-party approved by DM / Trakhees and other relevant local authorities).
• Valid Rigging & Slinging Certificate
• Basic knowledge of Crane Operations, load charts, and lifting equipment.

مشرف الرفع

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

•  الإشراف على وتنسيق جميع عمليات الرفع والتجهيز في موقع المشروع.
•  مراجعة وتنفيذ خطط الرفع المعتمدة بالتنسيق مع الشخص المعين.
•  تأكد من أن معدات الرفع، بما في ذلك الرافعات، والأحزمة، والأغلال، وعوارض النشر، معتمدة ومُفتشة قبل الاستخدام.
•  إجراء عمليات تفتيش قبل الرفع وإجراء محادثات حول صندوق الأدوات مع فرق الرفع والتجهيز.
•  التحقق من حالة الأرض والتأكد من أن مناطق الرفع محصنة وخاضعة للسيطرة بشكل صحيح.
•  التنسيق مع مشغلي الرافعات، والعمال، وعمال الموانئ، ورجال الإشارات لضمان التواصل الواضح وتنفيذ عملية الرفع.
•  مراقبة الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وإيقاف الأنشطة غير الآمنة على الفور.

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية / المدنية هو إضافة إضافية.
• مشرف رفع معتمد (من جهة خارجية معتمدة من قبل بلدية دبي / تراخيص والسلطات المحلية الأخرى ذات الصلة).
• شهادة سارية المفعول في التجهيز والتعليق
