Hiring – Public Relations Officer (PRO) | Dubai

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government-related documentation and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with UAE government entities and extensive knowledge of visa and labor procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all visa procedures including applications, renewals, cancellations (residence, employment, tourist, etc.)

• Manage Emirates ID applications, medical tests, labor contracts, and other employee documentation

• Liaise with government authorities: MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, etc.

• Process company license renewals, trade name reservations, and other legal documents

• Stay updated on labor law changes and ensure full compliance

• Prepare NOCs, letters, and other legal documents as needed

• Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions

• Represent the company professionally at government offices

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a PRO in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration, and visa procedures

• Valid UAE driving license

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma

• Established contacts within government departments

• Experience using online government portals (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA)

تبحث الشركة عن موظف علاقات حكومية (PRO) نشيط وذو خبرة لإدارة جميع الوثائق المتعلقة بالحكومة وضمان الالتزام الكامل بقوانين العمل الإماراتية. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح علاقات قوية مع الجهات الحكومية وفهم كامل لإجراءات التأشيرات والعمل.

المهام الرئيسية

• التعامل مع جميع إجراءات التأشيرات بما في ذلك الطلبات، التجديدات، الإلغاءات (الإقامة، العمل، السياحية، إلخ)

• إدارة طلبات بطاقة الهوية الإماراتية، الفحوصات الطبية، عقود العمل، وغيرها من الوثائق الخاصة بالموظفين

• التواصل مع الجهات الحكومية: وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين، الإدارة العامة للإقامة وشؤون الأجانب، دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية، البلدية، غرفة التجارة

• إعداد خطابات عدم ممانعة (NOC) والمستندات القانونية الأخرى حسب الحاجة

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع المعاملات الحكومية

• تمثيل الشركة بشكل مهني أمام الجهات الحكومية

• خبرة 1–2 سنة كـ PRO في الإمارات

• معرفة قوية بقوانين العمل الإماراتية وإجراءات التأشيرات والهجرة

• رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية
