About the Role

Dentons is seeking a qualified Associate Lawyer to join its top-ranked Construction and Dispute Resolution team. The role is within a regional team, offering opportunities to work on some of the largest and most complex construction arbitrations in the UAE and the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and prepare documents related to construction projects and international arbitration.

• Work on large, complex disputes in energy, infrastructure, utilities, and tourism sectors.

• Collaborate with the team to deliver efficient and high-standard legal solutions.

• Analyze complex legal issues and present clear, accurate findings.

• Participate in dispute strategies and communicate with other parties to manage disputes cost-effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in construction disputes, preferably involving international arbitration.

Dentons is looking for a Senior Associate to support the Construction & Dispute Resolution team in managing disputes and major projects. The candidate will have the opportunity to engage with nationally and regionally significant projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex legal files related to construction and arbitration.

• Provide technical and strategic guidance to junior associates.

• Supervise delivery of legal services to meet client expectations and quality standards.

• Work on strategic arbitrations and projects across UAE and the GCC.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• تقديم الاستشارات القانونية وإعداد الوثائق المتعلقة بمشاريع البناء والتحكيم الدولي.

• العمل على النزاعات الكبرى والمعقدة في قطاع الطاقة والبنية التحتية والمرافق والسياحة.

• التعاون مع الفريق لتقديم حلول قانونية فعالة ووفق أعلى معايير الكفاءة.
