Job Description:
The company is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to work as a Project Manager. Candidates must have more than 10 years of experience in the construction sector in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the project team to ensure high performance and continuous development.
Foster a collaborative and productive working environment among team members.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables according to specifications.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project costs to ensure budget compliance and make adjustments when necessary.
Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project success.
Ensure all aspects of the project comply with industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.

تحديد نطاق المشروع، والأهداف، والتسليمات وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع.
تطوير خطط تفصيلية للمشروع، الجداول الزمنية، والميزانيات.
متابعة تكاليف المشروع لضمان الالتزام بالميزانية وإجراء التعديلات عند الحاجة.
إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء، المقاولين، الموردين لضمان التواصل الفعال ونجاح المشروع.
