Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and technically competent QA/QC Manager – Civil with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil engineering, in-depth knowledge of QA/QC processes, and excellent communication skills. This role is critical to ensuring that all civil works meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with applicable codes and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in line with contract requirements and industry standards.

• Review project specifications, drawings, and method statements to ensure alignment with quality objectives.

• Conduct inspections and testing of civil works (formwork, reinforcement, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, etc.) as per approved ITPs.

• Raise Inspection Requests (IRs), coordinate with consultants/clients, and secure timely approvals.

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and standards.
