Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor communications, contracts, and performance across marketing, social media, IT, and CCTV

• Coordinate procurement and supervise subcontractors for IT hardware, CCTV, access control, and server room installations

• Oversee digital marketing, SEO strategies, and content creation with third-party agencies

• Conduct site visits, document progress (drone/time-lapse), and provide media support for project updates

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards during vendor audits and procurement

• Liaise with internal teams to streamline project deliverables, documentation, progress videos & photos, and reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Marketing / B.Tech in Computer Science or related field

• 4+ years of experience in vendor management & digital marketing

• Strong knowledge of SEO, WordPress, Google Analytics, and digital tools

Responsibilities

• Read project plans, drawings, specifications, and blueprints.

• Create and manage schedules and monitor attendance of the crew.

• Oversee construction sites and supervise the use of machinery and equipment.

• Delegate responsibilities and tasks to crew members, contractors, and other workers according to priorities and plans.

• Emphasize safe use of all tools and equipment and enforce the proper use of safety gear, like helmets and goggles.

• Manage employees to ensure the project is kept on schedule.
