Airport Supervisor – Into-Plane

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all tasks required to safely and efficiently manage into-plane activity.

• Carry out day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety tasks strictly according to the Site Operating Standards.

• Lead a team of Operators who come into direct contact with customers at each refuelling – set high personal standards, lead by example, ensure follow-through, and demonstrate commitment to building a motivated workforce.

• Represent Air BP & the joint venture in all transactions and operational activities with customers, authorities, and other parties as required, acting as a key point of contact for operations at the airport during your shift.

• Plan, lead, and steer airport refueling operations during the shift and ensure all activities are conducted safely, professionally, and efficiently at all times.

• Lead, coach, develop, train, and supervise the assigned shift team and staff; ensure effective two-way communication.

مشرف المطار – عمليات التزويد على الطائرة (Into-Plane)

المهام الوظيفية:

• تنفيذ جميع المهام المطلوبة لإدارة عمليات التزويد بالوقود على متن الطائرة بأمان وكفاءة.

• القيام بالعمليات اليومية، وصيانة المعدات، وضمان السلامة وفقاً لمعايير تشغيل الموقع.

• قيادة فريق من المشغلين الذين يتواصلون مباشرة مع العملاء أثناء كل عملية تزويد بالوقود – وضع معايير عالية، والقيادة بالمثال، وضمان الالتزام، وبناء فريق عمل متحفز.

• تمثيل Air BP والشركة المشتركة في جميع المعاملات والأنشطة التشغيلية مع العملاء والسلطات والأطراف الأخرى حسب الحاجة، والعمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعمليات في المطار أثناء نوبتك.

• تخطيط وقيادة وإدارة عمليات التزود بالوقود في المطار خلال النوبة، وضمان أن جميع الأنشطة تُنفذ بأمان وبشكل مهني وفعّال في جميع الأوقات.

• قيادة، وتدريب، وتطوير، وإشراف فريق النوبة المخصص؛ وضمان التواصل الفعال ثنائي الاتجاه.
