الوصف الوظيفي الكامل

يكون أمين مخزن موقع البناء مسؤولًا عن ضمان صيانة المخزون، تشغيل نظام المحاسبة، الحفاظ على سجلات الجرد، إعداد طلبات المواد، واستلام ومراجعة وتخزين الإمدادات التي تُصرف بناءً على أوامر العمل وتحويلات المواد.

المسؤوليات

• تسجيل استلام واستهلاك المواد يوميًا.

• التحقق من المخزون وفقًا للسجلات.

• استلام المواد، تخزينها، وتسجيل الاستلام، ومساعدة المهندس المختص في إعداد تقارير جودة المواد المستلمة.

• صرف المواد حسب طلبات الأعمال المختلفة.

• الإشراف العام في الموقع على هدر المواد أو سوء استخدامها.

• جمع أي مواد زائدة أو غير مستخدمة في نهاية يوم العمل.

• إعداد تقارير استهلاك نصف شهرية/شهرية.

Full Job Description

A construction site storekeeper is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of stocks, operation of an accounting system, maintenance of inventory records, preparation of material orders, and receiving, reviewing, and storing supplies disbursed on job orders and material transfers.

Responsibilities

• Record store material receipt and consumption on a daily basis.

• Check stock as per records.

• Receive materials, stock them, record receipts, and assist the Junior Engineer in preparing quality reports of received materials.

• Issue materials as per the indent for different works.

• General supervision on site regarding material wastage and improper use.

• Recollect any balance/unused materials at the end of the working day.

• Prepare fortnightly/monthly consumption reports.

• Prepare a list of excess materials.

• Update stocks periodically.

Electrical Site Engineer

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of Electrical Systems and ensuring all contract specifications and guidelines are adhered to during commencement, construction, and hand-over phases.

• Support CAD team in preparing electrical plans and drawings.

• Coordinate and administer MEP-related materials, systems, and shop drawing submittals. Prepare material requisitions and assist in receipt and review of MEP submittals.

• Good knowledge of DEWA regulations and oversee electrical installation and on-site progress.

• Ensure electrical safety and report all electrical issues to the project manager.

• Attend site meetings and manage electrical subcontractors.

• Conduct system tests and have knowledge in testing and commissioning of electrical systems.

• Must be based in UAE and available for immediate joining.

• معرفة جيدة بلوائح هيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي (DEWA) والإشراف على تركيب الأعمال الكهربائية ومتابعة تقدم العمل في الموقع.

• ضمان السلامة الكهربائية والإبلاغ عن جميع المشاكل الكهربائية إلى مدير المشروع.

• حضور اجتماعات الموقع وإدارة مقاولي الكهرباء الفرعيين.

• إجراء اختبارات الأنظمة ومعرفة في اختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة الكهربائية.

• يجب أن يكون المتقدم موجودًا في الإمارات وقادرًا على الانضمام الفوري.
