Service Supervisor – Diesel Power Generation in the UAE

Details
Join a dynamic team where your expertise in Diesel Power Generation with Electrical specialization will make a real impact. As a Service Supervisor, you will lead service optimization projects, coordinate workshop jobs, collect and analyze data, implement strategies, and execute tasks following management directives.

Core Responsibilities
Carry out assigned work independently on MTU and Volvo Penta products at sites and in the workshop
Perform servicing and function tests on MTU and Volvo Penta products at sites and carry out repair, maintenance, and adjustment as required. Conduct acceptance tests upon completion of work
Lead a team on any repair/assemble parts list quotation of MTU and Volvo Penta products either in-house or at field service as required
Check installation of MTU products, setting to work, and commission MTU products together with customer representatives according to MTU standards and policies

Requirements

Proven experience in Diesel Power Generation with Electrical specialization
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to perform independent service and maintenance tasks on MTU and Volvo Penta products

حيث ستُحدث خبرتك في توليد الطاقة بالديزل مع تخصص كهربائي تأثيرًا ملموسًا. بصفتك مشرف خدمة، ستقود مشاريع تحسين الخدمة، وتنسق أعمال الورش، وتجمع البيانات وتحللها، وتنفذ الاستراتيجيات، وتنفذ المهام وفقًا لتوجيهات الإدارة.

المسؤوليات الأساسية:
تنفيذ العمل الموكل بشكل مستقل على منتجات MTU وفولفو بنتا في المواقع والورشة.
إجراء الصيانة واختبارات الأداء على منتجات MTU وفولفو بنتا في المواقع، وإجراء الإصلاح والصيانة والتعديل حسب الحاجة. إجراء اختبارات القبول عند الانتهاء من العمل.
قيادة فريق لأي إصلاح/تجميع لقوائم قطع الغيار لمنتجات MTU وفولفو بنتا، سواءً داخل الشركة أو في مركز الصيانة الميداني حسب الحاجة.
التحقق من تركيب منتجات MTU، وبدء العمل، وتشغيلها بالتعاون مع ممثلي العملاء وفقًا لمعايير وسياسات MTU.
