إعداد وتشغيل ماكينات CNC (الخراطة، الفريزة، أو الطحن) حسب متطلبات الإنتاج.
تفسير الرسومات الفنية والمخططات وأوامر العمل.
مراقبة عمليات الماكينات لضمان الدقة والكفاءة والجودة.
إجراء الصيانة الدورية وحل المشكلات.
فحص المنتجات النهائية باستخدام أدوات القياس لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة.
الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب مكان العمل.
التعاون مع فريق الإنتاج لتحقيق الأهداف والمواعيد النهائية.

Civil Engineer (On-Site)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

المتطلبات:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الإنشاءات، مع خبرة قوية في مشاريع التشطيب والتجهيزات.
رخصة قيادة سارية (ضرورية).
يفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
مهارات تنظيمية، حل مشكلات، وتواصل قوية.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مهام متعددة بفعالية.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site activities and ensure project execution as per design, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor project schedules and progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Perform quality checks on finishing and fit-out works.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on project status.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, with strong expertise in finishing projects and fit-outs.
Valid Driving License (mandatory).
Arabic language proficiency preferred.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
