المسؤوليات:

إعداد البيانات والتقارير والسجلات المالية بدقة وفقًا للمعايير المحاسبية.
إجراء دراسات جدوى تفصيلية تشمل تحليل التكاليف، توقعات العائد على الاستثمار (ROI)، وتقييم المخاطر للمشاريع والاستثمارات الجديدة.
تحليل الأداء التجاري من خلال البيانات المالية، مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وتحليل الاتجاهات لتقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
تطوير نماذج مالية وتوقعات لدعم التخطيط الاستراتيجي واتخاذ القرار.
ضمان الالتزام باللوائح المالية وسياسات الشركة وأفضل الممارسات المحاسبية.
التعاون مع الإدارة لتحسين الكفاءة المالية وعمليات الميزانية والتقارير.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

بكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة (شهادات مهنية مثل CPA / ACCA / CMA ميزة إضافية).
خبرة مثبتة في التقارير المالية، دراسات الجدوى، والتحليل المالي للأعمال.
معرفة قوية بالمبادئ المحاسبية، النماذج المالية، والتوقعات المستقبلية.
إتقان متقدم في Microsoft Excel وبرامج المحاسبة (مثل QuickBooks أو SAP أو ما شابه).
مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة مع القدرة على التواصل بوضوح.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

Position: Financial Accountant
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records in compliance with accounting standards.
Conduct detailed feasibility studies including cost analysis, ROI projections, and risk assessments for new projects and investments.
Analyze business performance through financial data, KPIs, and trend analysis to provide actionable insights.
Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting best practices.
Collaborate with management to improve financial efficiency, budgeting, and reporting processes.

Qualifications & Skills:
