نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل

المسؤوليات:

تنسيق وصول ومغادرة السفن وترتيبات الرسو مع السلطات المينائية ومشغلي المحطات.
ضمان الالتزام باللوائح المحلية والاتفاقيات الدولية وسياسات الشركة المتعلقة بالعمليات البحرية.
إعداد بيانات الحسابات (D/As) والتقارير المرتبطة بها مع المتابعة الكاملة للإدارة.
التعامل مع جميع المهام التشغيلية والإدارية المتعلقة بمهام الوكالة البحرية بما في ذلك تصاريح السفن، تبديل الطواقم، وخدمات الإمداد.
إدارة التواصل والتنسيق مع ملاك السفن، المستأجرين، ومقدمي الخدمات في الموانئ لضمان سير العمليات البحرية بكفاءة.
إعداد وحفظ المستندات والسجلات المتعلقة بالعمليات البحرية بما في ذلك مستندات تصاريح الموانئ، قوائم الشحن، وجداول السفن.
متابعة حركة السفن، أنشطة الموانئ، والأحوال الجوية لاتخاذ قرارات مدروسة وتقليل المخاطر التشغيلية.

Job Vacancy – Vessel Operator (Ship Agency)

Company: MESCO Marine Services – Sharjah
Position: Vessel Operator – Ship Agency
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Coordinate vessel arrivals, departures, and berthing arrangements with port authorities and terminal operators.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, international conventions, and company policies related to marine operations.
Prepare D/As and related reports with full monitoring to management.
Handle all operational and administrative tasks related to vessel agency appointments, including vessel clearances, crew changes, and supply services.
Manage communication and coordination with ship owners, charterers, and port service providers to ensure smooth and efficient marine operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to marine operations, including port clearance documents, cargo manifests, and vessel schedules.
Monitor vessel movements, port activities, and weather conditions to make informed decisions and mitigate operational risks.
Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and service providers to resolve operational issues and ensure timely and cost-effective vessel turnaround.
Provide timely and accurate reports on operational activities, performance metrics, and operational expenses to support decision-making and performance evaluation.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marine operations, vessel agency, or port operations within the ship agency industry.
In-depth knowledge of local regulations, international conventions, and industry best practices related to marine operations and port management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with ship owners, port authorities, and service providers.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop solutions.
