Medical Insurance Coordinator

Location: Sharjah
Job Type: Full-time

Role Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced, well-organized, and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to handle all insurance-related operations at our center. The role involves managing approvals, claim submissions, reconciliations, and coordination with insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage insurance processes including eligibility checks, pre-authorizations, claim submissions, and resubmissions.
Review submitted documents to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and insurance standards.
Track claim statuses, follow up on pending approvals, and resolve rejections or denials.
Maintain accurate and well-organized records of all claims, approvals, and communications.
Handle insurance payment reconciliations with high accuracy.
Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage and claim progress.
Prepare reports on claims performance, rejections, and revenue recovery.
Serve as the main point of contact between the clinic and insurance providers.
Stay updated on all changes in payer policies and UAE insurance regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance coordination or claims management in the UAE, with at least 1 year in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation center.
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and insurance/billing management systems.
Strong attention to detail and compliance review skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

Physiotherapist

Role Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to provide professional and patient-centered physiotherapy services. The ideal candidate should be able to design and deliver personalized treatment plans using modern techniques and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ conditions and design customized treatment plans.
Deliver physiotherapy sessions using manual therapy techniques and modern equipment.
Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.
Educate patients about exercises and activities that support recovery.
Collaborate with the medical and administrative team to ensure high-quality care.
Comply with the clinic’s quality standards and treatment protocols.
Prepare regular progress reports for patients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
Valid license to practice from UAE MOH/DOH/Sharjah Health Authority.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a physiotherapist.
Knowledge of the latest physiotherapy techniques and equipment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).

منسق تأمين طبي (Medical Insurance Coordinator)

الوصف الوظيفي:
نبحث عن منسق تأمين طبي ذو خبرة، منظم للغاية، ودقيق في متابعة جميع العمليات المتعلقة بالتأمين الطبي. تشمل المهام إدارة طلبات الموافقات، تقديم ومتابعة المطالبات، والتسويات المالية مع شركات التأمين.

المهام الرئيسية:

إدارة عمليات التأمين بما في ذلك التحقق من الأهلية، الموافقات المسبقة، وتقديم المطالبات وإعادة تقديمها.
مراجعة جميع المستندات لضمان التوافق مع معايير شركات التأمين ولوائح دولة الإمارات.
متابعة حالة المطالبات المقدمة والتواصل مع شركات التأمين لحل أي رفض أو تأخير.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات منظمة ومحدثة لجميع المطالبات والموافقات.
إجراء تسويات دقيقة لمدفوعات التأمين.
التواصل مع المرضى بخصوص حالة تغطية التأمين ومتابعة المطالبات.
إعداد تقارير عن أداء المطالبات ونسب الرفض واسترداد الإيرادات.
أن يكون نقطة الاتصال بين العيادة وشركات التأمين لحل أي إشكاليات بسرعة.
متابعة التحديثات المتعلقة بسياسات شركات التأمين ولوائح الدولة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التنسيق أو إدارة مطالبات التأمين في الإمارات، منها سنة واحدة على الأقل في مركز علاج طبيعي أو إعادة تأهيل.
شهادة Certified Professional Coder تعتبر ميزة.
إتقان Microsoft Excel وأنظمة إدارة الفواتير أو التأمين.
دقة عالية في مراجعة المستندات.
مهارات تواصل قوية بالإنجليزية (كتابة ومحادثة).
شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الرعاية الصحية، إدارة الأعمال، المحاسبة أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل).

أخصائي علاج طبيعي (Physiotherapist)
