General Guidelines for All Employees

• Emergency Awareness: Know your building's emergency plan, including the location of fire exits, fire extinguishers, and first-aid kits.

• Stay Informed: Participate in all safety training sessions and be familiar with company policies.

Specific Safety Protocols

For Administrative and Sales Staff

• Ergonomics: Maintain good posture at your desk. Adjust your chair and monitor height to prevent back and neck strain. Take short breaks to stand up and stretch.

• Workspace Organization: Keep your desk and walkways clear of clutter, electrical cords, and other tripping hazards.
