🔹 What You’ll Do

Shoot and produce high-quality photo content for luxury hospitality clients and internal agency projects.

Plan every shoot in detail – mood boards, lighting, styling, and equipment setup – to ensure seamless execution aligned with brand tone.

Collaborate with creative teams, social media managers, and agency partners for pre-shoot planning and post-shoot delivery.

Take initiative during shoots, adapt on set, and maintain a professional, client-facing presence.

Edit and retouch content to ensure polished, on-brand final products.

Stay updated with trends in content creation, technology, and social media formats (e.g., Reels, Instagram).

Be available to travel for client shoots, both locally and regionally.
🔹 What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a photographer or content creator, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.

A solid portfolio showcasing photography and editing skills.

Strong planning mindset with attention to detail—every shoot must be intentional.

Ability to work under pressure, manage time, and adapt to feedback or client needs.

🔹 المهام الوظيفية

تصوير وإنتاج محتوى بصري عالي الجودة لعملاء في قطاع الضيافة الفاخرة، بالإضافة إلى مشاريع داخلية.

التخطيط الكامل لكل جلسة تصوير: إعداد لوحات الإلهام، الإضاءة، تنسيق الديكور، وتجهيز المعدات بما يتماشى مع هوية العلامة التجارية.

التعاون مع فرق الإبداع، ومديري وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وشركاء الوكالة في مرحلة ما قبل التصوير وبعده.

اتخاذ المبادرة أثناء التصوير، والقدرة على التكيّف في الموقع، والحفاظ على حضور احترافي أمام العملاء.

تعديل وتحرير المحتوى لضمان مظهر نهائي احترافي ومتوافق مع العلامة.
-
متابعة أحدث توجهات التصوير والمونتاج والتقنيات وصيغ المحتوى على المنصات (مثل Reels وInstagram).

الاستعداد للسفر عند الحاجة لتصوير المشاريع محليًا وإقليميًا.
🔹 المؤهلات المطلوبة

خبرة مثبتة في مجال التصوير أو صناعة المحتوى، ويفضل في قطاعات الضيافة أو المطاعم أو نمط الحياة.

محفظة أعمال مميزة تُظهر مهارات التصوير والتحرير.

مهارات عالية في التخطيط والتركيز على التفاصيل – كل جلسة تصوير يجب أن تكون هادفة ومدروسة.

القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط، وتنظيم الوقت، والتكيف مع الملاحظات وطلبات العملاء.

روح إيجابية، ورغبة في التعلم، واستعداد للمساهمة بأفكار جديدة.
