Coordinate and assign tasks to shuttering carpenters, joiners, and laborers.
Monitor the installation and alignment of formwork before concrete pouring.
Ensure all formwork systems meet safety and quality standards.
Conduct safety inspections and enforce the use of PPE.
Plan daily tasks based on work schedules and construction needs.
Ensure the efficient use of materials and resources on site.
Train new workers on formwork safety and procedures.
Maintain daily reports on workforce, materials, and site productivity.

Senior Accountant

Oversee financial activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger functions.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in a timely manner.
Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with VAT and UAE regulations.
