Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive marketing
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
List, market, and showcase properties to attract qualified clients

Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activity

Qualifications:

Experience in Real Estate is a plus or 3 Years of Sales Background
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

المؤهلات:

We’re looking for an Admin cum Content Creator (Female) who is organized, creative, and passionate about both real estate and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily administrative tasks: building management, property listings, client coordination, and document management.
Create engaging TikTok/Instagram videos showcasing properties, tips, and real estate trends.
Collaborate with team members to deliver fresh and creative content.

Requirements:

Female candidate with minimum 1 year of admin experience in a reputed real estate company.
Basic knowledge of the Ajman real estate market.
Experience handling property and building management tasks.
Basic to intermediate videography skills (shooting and editing short videos).
Comfortable using a smartphone or camera for property walkthroughs and lifestyle content.
Familiarity with TikTok trends and basic knowledge of editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva).
Advantage if on a sponsored visa (husband/family visa).

Bonus Points If You Have:

An active social media account with 30K+ followers on TikTok or Instagram.
Prior experience creating real estate or lifestyle content.

معرفة أساسية بسوق العقارات في عجمان.
خبرة في إدارة العقارات والمباني.
مهارات تصوير وفيديو أساسية إلى متوسطة (تصوير وتحرير مقاطع قصيرة).
إجادة استخدام الهاتف الذكي أو الكاميرا لتصوير جولات داخل العقارات والمحتوى الحياتي.
الإلمام باتجاهات TikTok ومعرفة أساسية بتطبيقات تحرير الفيديو (CapCut، InShot، VN، Canva).
الأفضلية لمن لديها إقامة على كفالة الزوج/العائلة.
