Customer Service Representative

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsible for accurate data entry from customer documents at check-in point/counter.
Issues test result certificates and collects payment for tests conducted.
Registers vehicle details correctly in the system as per RTA requirements.
Ensures professional communication and high-level customer service.
Explains vehicle failure points to customers when possible.
Guides customers to site supervisors or managers when needed.
Handles cash transactions and balances amounts with system reports at the end of each shift.
Ensures a clean, organized counter area and represents the company image well.
Coordinates with RTA staff on-site when required.
Takes part in site meetings and maintains high standards of professionalism.

Vertical Solution Support

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Provides second-line application support and troubleshooting.
Works independently and collaboratively within a team.
Explains technical issues in simple, non-technical language.
Communicates effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.

Senior Cyber Security Analyst

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Monitors ENOC’s IT/OT environment 24/7 for security threats and breaches.
Performs initial incident analysis and escalates to senior analysts as needed.
Follows incident response protocols and standard operating procedures.
Validates and analyzes vulnerabilities from SIEM or other security solutions.
Investigates incidents from various reporting channels (email, phone, etc.).
Assesses risk exposure and ensures policy compliance.
Conducts root cause and attack method analysis.
Participates in post-incident reviews and contributes to improvement plans.
Provides input and content development for security tools.
Coordinates with internal/external teams during cyber incidents.
Maintains on-call availability for security emergencies.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
Certifications such as CISSP, GCTI, GCFA, GNFA preferred.

Experience:

5+ years in IT or cybersecurity.
3+ years in relevant cybersecurity roles.
Experience across industries (Energy, Retail, Government) is a plus.
OT Security Operations Center experience is an advantage.

تنسيق المهام مع الفرق الداخلية والموردين الخارجيين.
تحليل احتياجات العمل واقتراح حلول عملية.
الاستجابة للمكالمات الحرجة على مدار الساعة.
