About the Job

Major Functions

• Handle support calls from employees of Crescent Petroleum and its affiliate companies.

• Provide support for hardware (laptops, desktops, smartphones, printers, etc.) and software (Operating Systems, MS Office Suite, Mobile Apps, etc.).

• Support calls will be handled by phone, in person, or remotely, and all must be logged into the IT ticketing system and closed on time according to SLAs.

• Provide Level 2/3 IT support to all users.

• Work closely with Senior Systems Engineers and assist with server administration (SharePoint, File servers, etc.) as required.

• Assist in the installation and configuration of servers and server applications with Senior Systems Engineers when necessary.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Functions – User Support Administration

• Respond to user requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or remotely.

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.

• Escalate issues when necessary.

• Perform routine hardware and software installations on desktops, laptops, and smartphones.

• Troubleshoot email-related issues on client devices.

• Provide Level 2/3 IT support for all users.

• Deliver prompt and effective service to users.

• Conduct IT orientation for new staff on products and technologies used in the organization.

• Assist System Engineers and IT Managers in troubleshooting servers and server applications when required.

Reporting and Working Relationships

• Reports to Manager, IT Infrastructure.

• Coordinates with Senior Systems Engineers to resolve user issues.

• Liaises with external suppliers to secure IT products and services.

• Maintains excellent working relationships with all Crescent staff.

Continuous Improvement

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of all mechanical engineering deliverables related to our projects. You will play a key role in reviewing contractor engineering and design activities, developing mechanical equipment selection concepts, and supporting field and commissioning operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and approve EPC contractor engineering and design deliverables to ensure alignment with company design intent, specifications, and best engineering practices.

• Oversee the development of mechanical equipment selection and design concepts, ensuring proper execution.

• Provide technical assistance to contractors to meet project requirements within schedule and budget.

• Verify contractor deliverables including specifications, reports, submittals, and drawings.

• Review material requisitions and perform technical bid evaluations to ensure vendor compliance.

• Resolve conflicting design requirements and provide alignment solutions.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and rotating equipment design, operation, and maintenance issues.

• Respond to contractor technical queries, concession requests, and variation requests.
