Your Role

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the first line of technical support for our customers across a range of connected and standalone Canon devices. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting, ensuring high first-time fix rates, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Canon products

• Maximize first-time fix rates and reduce the need for repeat visits

• Accurately report labor and parts usage via CAESAR system

• Manage and optimize stock rotation and inventory for service parts

• Identify upsell/commercial opportunities during client visits and report to sales/marketing teams (OnSite-InSight)

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and team performance

• Understand customer workflows to support Canon’s Solution Business Strategy

• Train super-users on installed Canon hardware and software, including printer drivers and product features

• Work closely with account managers to highlight service or expansion opportunities within client businesses

Your Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or field servicing, preferably in imaging, printing, or office automation

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

• Organized, efficient, and proactive in resolving technical issues

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Valid UAE driving license (for field roles)
