Job Description and Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide all assigned Electronics Workshop employees.
Plan and oversee the execution of all maintenance activities within the Electronics Workshop, with emphasis on navigational, optronic, and electronic assemblies mounted on various military vehicles.
Ensure all inspections, servicing, rebuilds, overhauls, and repairs are completed in accordance with technical manuals, KPIs, and OEM specifications.
Develop, implement, revise, and enforce all maintenance directives within the Electronics Workshop.
Develop, implement, revise, and enforce all quality directives as part of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System program.
