About the Job

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Projects Manager to oversee major building construction projects in Ajman. The successful candidate will bring over 20 years of hands-on project management experience within the UAE, with a strong emphasis on delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with local construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and ensure cost control

• Ensure all work complies with UAE construction laws and Ajman municipality guidelines

• Oversee quality control and site safety in line with HSE standards

• Lead coordination between contractors, consultants, and internal teams

• Resolve project-related challenges and ensure smooth workflow

Key Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE

• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إدارة مراحل المشروع من البداية حتى الإنجاز

• مراقبة الجداول الزمنية والتكاليف وضمان الكفاءة المالية

• الالتزام بلوائح البناء الإماراتية وقوانين بلدية عجمان

• تطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة وفق أنظمة الصحة والسلامة المهنية

Advanced IT Role – Oversee Cloud, Network, and Data Systems in Sharjah

About the Job
We are hiring a skilled Infrastructure & Network Specialist to join our Sharjah office, responsible for managing all computing, storage, and network infrastructure for Tiger Group. This role ensures data integrity, performance, cybersecurity, and infrastructure scalability across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate infrastructure needs and design server, storage, and backup systems

• Deploy, maintain, and support systems across cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premise environments

• Lead implementation of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and disaster recovery solutions

• Ensure compliance with IT standards, security protocols, and system documentation

• Configure and manage LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco)

• Troubleshoot network issues, optimize performance, and enforce cybersecurity policies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure needs and DevOps tasks

• Maintain accurate network documentation, policies, and capacity plans

• Provide technical support and oversee network security for all branches

Self-Management & Growth

• Define performance goals and proactively pursue technical development

• Stay updated on new technologies, cloud systems, and best practices in infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• ITSM / ITIL certification

• Certifications in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; MCSE and Linux preferred

• Proven experience with storage, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity tools

• Strong skills in networking technologies and infrastructure design
