Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Human Resource professional, preferably bilingual in Arabic, to manage staffing and HR functions. This role ensures compliance, develops training and compensation strategies, and supports employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Staffing & Recruitment
  Manage full staffing process including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  Ensure job descriptions are current and compliant with regulations.

• Training & Performance Management
  Develop training materials and performance management programs.
  Use performance tools to guide and give feedback to employees.

• Compensation & Benefits
  Create and maintain compensation strategies based on market research and pay surveys.
  Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.

• Employee Relations
  Investigate and resolve employee conflicts and issues.
  Design and implement retention strategies.

• Compliance & Administration
  Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  Maintain organizational charts and employee directories.
  Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  Provide support and guidance to HR staff.

تبحث الصالون عن موظفة استقبال للعمل في الصالون، ويفضل أن تكون متحدثة باللغة العربية، ولديها خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال الاستقبال.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• استقبال وترحيب العملاء بطريقة ودودة ومهنية.
