Engineering Manager

Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Company: Euro Mechanical

Lead and coordinate all engineering disciplines throughout project phases to ensure compliance with ADNOC and FEED standards.
Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation.
Provide guidance on technical deviations and corrective measures.
Oversee engineering deliverables and track project milestones to maintain schedules.
Resolve cross-functional engineering issues proactively.
Conduct design reviews and support technical bid evaluations.
Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and LOPA safety studies.
Initiate key deliverables early using available FEED inputs.
Manage risks and implement delay mitigation strategies.
Coordinate closely with construction, QA/QC, and procurement teams for smooth execution.
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization.
Require minimum 15 years EPC/O&G experience.
PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.

إجراء مراجعات التصميم ودعم تقييمات العطاءات الفنية.
المشاركة في دراسات HAZOP وSIL وLOPA للسلامة.
بدء التسليمات الرئيسية مبكرًا باستخدام مدخلات FEED المتاحة.
إدارة المخاطر وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف من التأخير.
التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق البناء وضمان الجودة والمشتريات لضمان تنفيذ سلس.
