1. Dynamic Procurement Specialist Wanted – Real Estate Focus

About the Role

We are hiring a Procurement and Contracts Officer to oversee and manage procurement and contract activities across our real estate operations, including Facilities Management (FM), Property Management (PM), Development, and Construction. The candidate will lead OPEX and CAPEX procurement and contract activities, ensuring compliance, value, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes for FM and corporate operations

• Lead tendering, vendor selection, negotiations, and contract administration

• Oversee post-contract activities, variations, claims, and closures

• Maintain ERP records (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and generate POs

• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery

• Monitor vendor performance and compliance

• Ensure all documentation is complete and audit-ready

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement/contract management in FM, PM, Development, or Construction

• Strong commercial, technical, and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

• Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills

تبحث شركتنا عن مسؤول مشتريات وعقود يتمتع بخبرة في قطاع العقارات، لتولي مسؤولية العمليات الشرائية والإدارية للعقود عبر إدارات الشركة المختلفة (إدارة المرافق، إدارة العقارات، التطوير، والإنشاءات). يجب أن يتمتع المتقدم بفهم تقني وتجاري ومهارات تفاوض ممتازة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إدارة عمليات الشراء للخدمات التشغيلية والمكتبية

We are seeking a Director – Real Estate Operations to lead all aspects of Property and Facilities Management for a group subsidiary. The position involves full responsibility for KPIs, SLAs, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, budget management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FM & PM operations across residential, commercial, and retail assets

• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery benchmarks

• Develop and implement a go-to-market and client engagement strategy

• Deliver tailored proposals and RFP responses to institutional and private asset owners

• Build long-term client relationships with key decision-makers

• Design pricing models and commercial strategies to ensure profitability

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across service lines
