Position Overview

We are looking for a Purchase Officer (Automotive Parts) to join our team. The Purchaser is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring spare parts and accessories for vehicles. This role ensures that the company maintains optimal inventory levels while securing high-quality products at the best prices. The purchaser will work closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, and the sales/service department to meet business needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing:

• Identify and source vehicle spare parts from reliable suppliers.

• Evaluate supplier performance based on price, quality, and delivery time.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.

• Build and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.

Sales & Purchase Executive

Job Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of automotive spare parts by identifying customer needs, generating leads, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role requires working closely with clients, understanding vehicle part specifications, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of automotive components and strong communication and sales skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive parts industry.

• Good knowledge of automotive spare parts including:

  • Japanese & Korean

  • American & European (Light vehicles)

  • Ashok Leyland, Tata & Eicher

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and sales software.
