We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to support our growing compliance operations in the UAE.

• Position: Compliance Analyst

• Location: UAE

• Industry: Jewellery & Precious Metals

• Salary: AED 3,000–6,000/month

• Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of AML/CFT frameworks based on UAE regulations

• Support Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and document verification

• Monitor transactions and report suspicious activity

• Contribute to drafting Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs)

• Maintain organized compliance records and logs

• Assist in sanctions screening, UBO documentation, and regulatory updates

• Support internal audits and training initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field

• Approx. 1 year of experience in AML/compliance

• Familiarity with UAE AML/CFT laws and goAML system

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and effective communicator

• Eager to learn and work as part of a compliance team

Preferred

• Previous exposure to DNFBP, gold, or jewellery sector

• CAMS certification is a plus

المهام الوظيفية

• المساعدة في تنفيذ سياسات مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب وفقاً للوائح الإماراتية

• دعم عمليات التحقق من العملاء ومراجعة المستندات (CDD)

• مراقبة المعاملات المالية والإبلاغ عن الأنشطة المشبوهة

• المساهمة في إعداد تقارير المعاملات المشبوهة (STRs)

• تنظيم سجلات وتقارير الامتثال بدقة

• المساعدة في الفحص مقابل قوائم العقوبات وتوثيق المالكين الحقيقيين (UBO)

• دعم التدقيقات الداخلية والمشاركة في التدريبات والأنشطة التوعوية

المتطلبات

• درجة البكالوريوس في القانون أو الأعمال أو المالية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة

• خبرة تقريبية سنة واحدة في مجال الامتثال أو مكافحة غسل الأموال

• معرفة أساسية بقوانين مكافحة غسل الأموال في الإمارات ونظام goAML

• مهارات تواصل جيدة والانتباه للتفاصيل

• روح العمل الجماعي والاستعداد للتعلم والنمو المهني

يفضل وجود:

• خبرة سابقة في قطاع المجوهرات أو الذهب أو DNFBP

• شهادة CAMS تعتبر ميزة إضافية
