Position: MEP Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview:
Responsible for all MEP quantity surveying tasks for projects under Freesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity take-off for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, ELV, and LPG systems

• Identify and classify MEP items by trade/service

• Prepare BOQ by system/building

• Monthly submission of payment certificates for MEP services

• Verify subcontractor invoices

• Alert Project Manager of any material/labor/cost overruns

• Coordinate with MEP and civil teams for smooth workflow.

• Ensure timely installation of systems (power, lighting, LV, etc.).

• Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and ensure QA/QC standards.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.

• Communicate with consultants and clients during site visits.

• Enforce HSE policies and ensure safety compliance.
