Residency Details
This 12-month nurse residency offers a unique opportunity to specialize in areas such as medical/surgical, heart, vascular and thoracic, neurology, or oncology. Through simulation-based learning and clinical competencies, residents gain the knowledge and hands-on experience required to deliver high-quality, independent patient care confidently and safely.
Each nurse resident is supported by a dedicated team of preceptors, nurse educators, and leadership staff who tailor individualized learning plans and ensure continuous guidance throughout the transition to clinical practice.
Continuing Education
Residents participate in monthly education sessions hosted by the Nursing Education department, covering topics ranging from clinical excellence to leadership development. Sample topics include ECG interpretation, early recognition and response to patient deterioration, personal resilience, and emotional wellbeing.

Requirements

BSN from an accredited nursing school

Graduation date: December 2024 or May 2025

Less than 6 months of professional nursing experience in a hospital setting

تُتيح هذه الإقامة التمريضية، التي تمتد لاثني عشر شهرًا، فرصةً فريدةً للتخصص في مجالاتٍ مثل الطب والجراحة، وأمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية والصدر، والأعصاب، والأورام. من خلال التعلم القائم على المحاكاة والكفاءات السريرية، يكتسب المقيمون المعرفة والخبرة العملية اللازمتين لتقديم رعايةٍ عالية الجودة ومستقلة للمرضى بثقةٍ وأمان.
يتم دعم كل ممرض مقيم من قبل فريق متخصص من المدربين ومعلمي التمريض وموظفي القيادة الذين يقومون بتصميم خطط تعليمية فردية وضمان التوجيه المستمر طوال فترة الانتقال إلى الممارسة السريرية.
يشارك المقيمون
في دورات تعليمية شهرية يُنظمها قسم تعليم التمريض، وتغطي مواضيع تتراوح بين التميز السريري وتطوير القيادة. ومن بين المواضيع المُقترحة: تفسير تخطيط كهربية القلب، والتشخيص المُبكر لتدهور حالة المريض والاستجابة له، والمرونة الشخصية، والصحة النفسية.

بكالوريوس في التمريض من مدرسة تمريض معتمدة
تاريخ التخرج: ديسمبر 2024 أو مايو 2025
