1- Electrical Supervisor – Villa Projects
Location: Al Ain, United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and review electrical drawings and load schedules
Perform load calculations and ensure proper phase balancing
Select correct MCBs, DBs, cables, earthing systems, isolators, etc.
Supervise villa electrical wiring and device installation
Guide and manage on-site electricians and technicians
Ensure work complies with safety and local authority standards (e.g., DEWA/SEWA)
Test and troubleshoot completed electrical installations
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in villa or residential projects
Good knowledge in device selection and cable sizing
Familiarity with UAE electrical regulations
Hands-on experience in site supervision
Ability to read and mark-up single-line and layout drawings
2- Electrical Engineer
Location: Al Ain, United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Read, interpret, and work as per electrical drawings and layouts
Perform load calculations, cable sizing, and prepare panel schedules
Prepare material lists, BOQs, and coordinate procurement with vendors
Supervise site works and guide technicians according to standards
Ensure on-site compliance with safety and quality regulations
Assist in inspections, testing, and commissioning
Coordinate with project managers and other trades (HVAC, Civil, etc.)
Provide regular progress updates and issue reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
2–5 years of experience in the electrical field (Gulf experience preferred)
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and SLDs
Knowledge of DEWA / ADDC / SEWA regulations
Strong estimation and vendor coordination skills
Leadership to manage teams on-site
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills

المسؤوليات:
فهم ومراجعة المخططات الكهربائية وجداول الأحمال
تنفيذ حسابات الأحمال وضمان توازن الفازات
اختيار القواطع (MCBs)، لوحات التوزيع (DBs)، الكابلات، أنظمة التأريض، العوازل وغيرها
الإشراف على تمديد الأسلاك الكهربائية في الفلل وتركيب الأجهزة
توجيه وإدارة الفنيين والكهربائيين في الموقع
التأكد من الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والقوانين المحلية (مثل DEWA / SEWA)
اختبار التركيبات بعد الانتهاء وحل المشكلات الفنية
المتطلبات:
دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مشاريع الفلل أو المشاريع السكنية
معرفة جيدة في اختيار الأجهزة وتحديد أحجام الكابلات
الإلمام بالقوانين الكهربائية المعتمدة في دولة الإمارات
القدرة على الإشراف العملي في الموقع
إجادة قراءة وتعديل الرسومات أحادية الخط والمخططات التفصيلية
2- مهندس كهرباء
Electrical Engineer
موقع العمل: العين – الإمارات العربية المتحدة
نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل
المسؤوليات:
قراءة وتفسير والعمل وفقاً للمخططات الكهربائية والتصاميم
إجراء حسابات الأحمال، تحديد حجم الكابلات، وتحضير جداول اللوحات
إعداد قوائم المواد (BOQs) والتنسيق مع الموردين لشراء المواد
الإشراف على الأعمال في الموقع وتوجيه الفنيين وفقاً للمعايير
التأكد من تطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة في موقع العمل
المساعدة في الفحص، الاختبار، وتشغيل الأنظمة
التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والتخصصات الأخرى (مثل التكييف والمدني)
إعداد تقارير منتظمة عن تقدم الأعمال والمشاكل
المتطلبات:
بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية
خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال الكهرباء (ويُفضل من لديه خبرة في الخليج)
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الكهربائية والمخططات أحادية الخط
معرفة بقوانين DEWA / ADDC / SEWA حسب المنطقة
مهارات قوية في تقدير المواد وإدارة الموردين
قدرات قيادية لإدارة الفنيين وفِرق العمل في الموقع
مهارات متميزة في حل المشكلات والتواصل وإعداد التقارير
