Senior Tender Engineer

• Lead complex tender offers ensuring timely submission of high-quality bids that meet customer requirements and company standards.

• Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, engineering, and execution teams to gather essential information and validate customer orders.

• Manage technical, financial, legal, and commercial aspects of tenders focusing on automation systems, VFDs, PLCs & SCADA, Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) products, and service offerings.

• Facilitate contract negotiations with opportunity leaders ensuring alignment with company policies and business interests.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support tender efforts.

• Require deep knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, MV and LV equipment, protection schemes, and industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, OPC DA/UA, IEC 61850.

• Experience with Schneider Electric RTU/PLC (SCADA Pack, Modicon) is essential.

• L2 & L3 networking design experience is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Best Performance HMI and AVEVA SCADA, CSI certifications are advantageous.

• ISA 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamental Specialist Certification considered a plus.

• Strong understanding of commercial terms, risk management, and proficient in MS Office, tendering tools, ERP systems.

• Excellent communication skills in English required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
