Your Work Context

Your Role

As a Superintendent Dredging/Reclamation, you will be responsible for the operational planning and execution of dredging works. You will manage daily operations, motivate your team, optimize productivity, and ensure quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor assigned dredging activities

• Ensure production meets quality, time, and cost targets

• Collaborate with Captain, Technical Superintendent, and Production to resolve technical issues

• Manage logistics for personnel and equipment

• Enforce safety and environmental regulations

• Report daily to project management and head office

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Willingness to work globally on a rotational basis

• High flexibility, teamwork, and communication skills

• Fluent English

Your Work Context
Jan De Nul Group is globally recognized for its high-level dredging, offshore, and reclamation work. As we expand, we are looking for highly motivated professionals to join us in shaping infrastructure with purpose.

Your Role
As Superintendent Rock Works, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the production and quality of rock supply for shore protection and marine construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage rock works using land and marine-based equipment

• Monitor quality checks and operational efficiency

• Optimize technical procedures and evaluate materials and schedules

• Solve logistical challenges during execution

• Deliver cost-effective production plans

Requirements:

• Master’s degree; experience in rock works is a strong advantage
