Accountant

Responsibilities not limited to;

Prepare monthly trial balance and ensure the accuracy, quality and timely closing of Books.

Perform the monthly accruals and provisions for accuracy and completeness.

Record the business transactions related to the project in the accounting register (GL) in full compliance with reporting and accounting standards and Masdar financial policies and procedures.

Prepare monthly aging reports for account receivable and payables in full compliance with IFRS and Masdar financial policies and procedures.

Perform monthly reconciliation of bank account, customers/vender reconciliation and all balance sheet accounts in full compliance with IFRS and Masdar financial policies and procedures.

Report on project costs – perform breakdown of capex and other significant balances in full compliance with IFRS and Masdar financial policies and procedures.

Process accruals as per IFRS standards in order to ensure account accuracy at all times.

Perform cash management and regular monitoring of cash flow and bank accounts balances to

ensure accuracy.

Prepare reports according to the project financial documentation to ensure accurate project finance.

IT Governance Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Contribute to developing and implementing a robust IT governance framework & Policies that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Assess the existing IT governance framework/policies and identify areas for enhancement and optimization.

Ensure the organization's adherence to Masdar governance framework ,industry-specific compliance standards and regulations.

Provide regular reports and updates on compliance performance and improvement initiatives.

Support in identifying, assessing, and mitigating IT risks through the establishment of common IT risk analysis methodologies and management strategies.

Support continuous monitoring of compliance with governance policies and reporting on risk management activities.

Support the execution of approved IT governance strategies and initiatives, providing expert guidance and oversight.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT governance practices are integrated into all relevant processes.

Establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external service providers, while aligning with IT Operations and Masdar approved

Program Manager, Zayed Sustainability Prize

Responsibilities :

Manage the implementation of the Zayed Sustainability Prize programs, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all activities related to each program.

Identify and develop new programs that enhance the Prize’s existing activities.

Manage and enhance the Prize’s youth focused activities and programs.

Identify opportunities that create further awareness and position the Prize as a thought leader globally.

Coordinate any third parties that are engaged to deliver programs for the Prize to ensure objectives are met on time and budget with limited risk.

Manage the delivery of program content for the Prize’s thought leadership platforms, as needed ensuring that all targets and objectives are met.

Streamline and ensure the integration and alignment of internal and external stakeholder programs.

Support with the identification of potential new partners and stakeholders to position ZSP globally.

Support the roll out of the Prize’s Ambassador Program and suggest ways to drive further engagement of the Ambassadors involved.

Identify new partners for the Prize that will enhance its existing and new programs to ensure long term sustainability and growth.
