Grow our client base by identifying opportunities, pitching tailored solutions, and closing high-impact deals
Be the strategic bridge between our creative teams and new business prospects
Drive revenue growth and position our agency as the go-to for F&B, lifestyle, retail, and hospitality brands
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business in F&B, lifestyle, retail, and hospitality sectors
Create and execute personalized sales strategies aligned with agency goals
Lead client presentations and pitches with creative support
Build long-lasting client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding post-sale
Monitor market activity and adjust strategies to stay competitive
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value from pitch to execution
Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales/business development within marketing or advertising
Strong client network in Dubai and GCC (preferred)
Proven track record of exceeding targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Driven, proactive, and self-motivated
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
