We are seeking a Land Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in landscape surveying within the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in surveying softscape, hardscape, and irrigation systems, using advanced equipment to provide precise and detailed site data. Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys for various landscaping works. Collect accurate measurements related to terrain, levels, and existing utilities. Collaborate with contractors and design teams to translate plans into site implementation. Ensure all data aligns with the approved landscape layouts and construction plans.
Prepare Survey Documentation
Create detailed survey drawings, topographic maps, and boundary documentation. Deliver high-quality, clear, and accurate data to inform design and construction teams. Maintain thorough records of survey findings, field notes, and technical outputs.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ UAE experience in landscape surveying. Proficient in total stations, GPS, and modern survey software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.). Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Familiarity with landscape construction methods and site coordination.

نبحث عن مسّاح أراضٍ متمرس يمتلك خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال مسح المواقع للمناظر الطبيعية داخل دولة الإمارات. تشمل المهام مسح المناطق الخضراء والصلبة وأنظمة الري باستخدام أحدث أدوات القياس. تنفيذ مسوحات طبوغرافية، ومسح حدود الأراضي، وتحديد نقاط البناء. جمع البيانات الدقيقة المتعلقة بتضاريس الموقع والمستويات والبنية التحتية الحالية. التعاون مع فرق التصميم والمقاولين لضمان تطبيق المخططات بدقة في الموقع.
إعداد وثائق المسح
إنتاج خرائط طبوغرافية دقيقة وتقارير تفصيلية توضح الميزات الميدانية والمخططات المقترحة. تقديم بيانات واضحة تدعم مراحل التصميم والتنفيذ. الاحتفاظ بسجلات فنية دقيقة وشاملة.
الشروط
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع تنسيق الحدائق داخل الإمارات. إجادة استخدام أجهزة Total Station وGPS وبرامج المساحة مثل AutoCAD وCivil 3D. دقة عالية في القياسات والانتباه للتفاصيل. مهارات تواصل وتنسيق ممتازة. فهم جيد لعمليات تنفيذ أعمال اللاندسكيب.
