Process Engineer

Plan and supervise all process engineering activities in the assigned Copper Rod Plant area to meet performance objectives.
Supervise the implementation of all section policies, processes, and procedures.
Promote and follow all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Use safe and efficient work methods with proper equipment to avoid personal injury and damage.
Coordinate with the Safety Officer to investigate safety incidents and recommend preventive measures.
Provide accurate and timely performance reports to the Section Head as required.
Study, solve, and report operational problems related to machines, materials, and processes.
Review and develop process instructions and machine specifications to ensure standardized production of compliant products.
Undertake assignments to optimize processes to increase output without compromising quality.
Assist in product and raw material trials according to Ducab’s Quality Management System to enhance product quality.
Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) processes as part of continuous improvement projects to maintain appropriate blending ratios.

Sales Executive

Identify business opportunities and perform end-to-end sales processes for DMB products to meet or exceed sales targets and margins.
Responsible for all documentation and coordination with internal departments.
Interface with Sales, Logistics, and plant yard teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.

Maintain accuracy and completeness of all documentation to customers.
Communicate sales-related updates, such as dispatch plans and current status, regularly to customers.
Coordinate with the treasury team for pre-dispatch limits and post-sale document negotiations.
Ensure timely dispatch of materials and negotiation of documents.
Manage LME bookings as per agreed terms.

Sales Officer

Plan and organize timely delivery of DMB materials to customers as per their specifications and requirements.
Monitor order statuses and stock levels, taking corrective action when necessary.
Coordinate between clients and the finance department to negotiate best payment terms beneficial to DMB.
Implement payment terms in clients’ monthly invoices, close sales process with payment follow-up and collection.
Check import/export documents for accuracy and report discrepancies.
Prepare cargo schedules and import/export files to obtain customs clearance and ensure timely delivery in line with contract terms.
