Key Responsibilities:
Transport Duties:
Operate assigned vehicle safely and responsibly to transport goods or passengers
Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS or navigation tools
Ensure timely pickups and deliveries
Vehicle Maintenance:
Perform routine checks on vehicle (fuel, oil, tire pressure, lights)
Report maintenance needs and ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable
Keep records of vehicle mileage, maintenance, and fuel usage
Documentation:
Maintain delivery logs, invoices, or passenger records
Obtain signatures or confirmations upon delivery or drop-off
Customer Interaction:
Communicate clearly and courteously with clients or recipients
Assist with loading/unloading goods if required
Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate if needed
