Your Impact
As a Health and Safety Supervisor, you will play a key role in developing and implementing safety plans and environmental health strategies. Your efforts will contribute directly to employee well-being and regulatory compliance, supporting the broader business strategy and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute health, safety, and environment (HSE) plans and processes across the organization

• Ensure that employees have a safe and healthy work environment at all times

• Implement safety frameworks and standards in alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

• Monitor compliance and proactively address safety risks

• Support the development of a strong safety culture across all teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in health and safety, ideally in a supervisory or coordinator role

• Knowledge of relevant HSE regulations, frameworks, and standards

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify hazards and recommend solutions

• Excellent communication and training skills

• Relevant certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred

• معرفة اللوائح والأطر والمعايير ذات الصلة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة

• الاهتمام القوي بالتفاصيل مع القدرة على تحديد المخاطر والتوصية بالحلول

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتدريب

• يفضل الحصول على شهادة ذات صلة بالصحة والسلامة المهنية (على سبيل المثال، NEBOSH، IOSH)
