Human Resources Manager (Medical Field)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager. The candidate must possess excellent speaking and writing skills and have at least 3 years of UAE work experience. The main responsibilities include strategic staffing planning, conducting interviews, hiring personnel, and fostering a productive work environment. The candidate will consult executives on decisions affecting all management levels and support sustainable transformation within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and issues

• Manage recruitment and selection processes

• Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital

• Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

• Maintain pay plans and benefits programs

• Develop and manage the HR budget

• Design and update work structures

• Manage payroll and WPS systems

• Follow up on patient complaints with Ministry of Health and administrative complaints with the Economic Development Department

• Manage and follow up on MOH licenses for doctors and nurses

• Assess training needs and implement training programs

• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

• Ensure legal compliance in all HR activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Manager

• Previous experience working in the UAE, preferably in the medical field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Attention to detail and high accuracy

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Languages:

• Arabic (Preferred)

• English (Preferred)

نبحث عن مدير موارد بشرية ذو حافز عالٍ وخبرة واسعة. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح مهارات ممتازة في التحدث والكتابة ولديه خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دولة الإمارات. تشمل المسؤوليات الرئيسية التخطيط الاستراتيجي للتوظيف، إجراء المقابلات، توظيف الكوادر، وخلق بيئة عمل منتجة. كما يقوم بالتشاور مع الإدارات العليا بشأن القرارات التي تؤثر على كافة مستويات الإدارة ودعم التحول المستدام داخل المؤسسة.

• تقديم التقارير للإدارة ودعم اتخاذ القرار من خلال مؤشرات الموارد البشرية

• ضمان الامتثال القانوني في جميع أنشطة الموارد البشرية

المؤهلات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمدير موارد بشرية

• خبرة سابقة في دولة الإمارات ويفضل في المجال الطبي

• مهارات قوية في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي

• القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة وترتيب الأولويات بفعالية

• دقة عالية في العمل والاهتمام بالتفاصيل

• القدرة على الحفاظ على السرية والتصرف بحكمة

A Medical Center in Sharjah is seeking a Tele Sales Agent with three years of experience in the medical field and excellent communication skills in Arabic. The candidate will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining strong customer relationships. An effective sales representative must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable presenting products or services via phone.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers or clients via phone to promote medical products or services

• Provide detailed information about products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns or questions

• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty

• Stay updated on industry trends and new products or services

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective telemarketing strategies

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the Medical Center

• Make sales pitches and close deals over the phone

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the system
