1. Cabin Appearance Engineer

Support base-level cabin appearance tasks and ensure interior components meet top quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with cabin component testing, repairs, and replacements
• Review task cards and prepare tools and parts accordingly
• Perform work per regulatory and Air Arabia standards
Requirements:
• Basic engineering or technical background
• Familiarity with cabin interior standards and maintenance procedures
• Good documentation and coordination skills

2. Manager – Planning, Records & Warranty

Lead maintenance planning and warranty strategies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee long-, medium-, and short-term maintenance plans
• Manage technical records, warranties, and documentation libraries
• Ensure compliance with GCAA and CAMO regulations
• Drive forecasting and resource alignment for maintenance operations
Requirements:
• Proven experience in maintenance planning within aviation
• Strong understanding of CAMO procedures and airworthiness programs
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills

3. Line & Base Maintenance Assistant

Support aircraft inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities with attention to detail and safety.
Responsibilities:
• Assist engineers with inspections and scheduled maintenance tasks
• Review assigned task cards for full understanding before execution
• Ensure proper use of parts, tools, and ground support equipment
• Record findings and work completion in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in aircraft maintenance
• Familiarity with line and base maintenance procedures
• Strong teamwork and reporting ability

4. B1 Technician – Base Maintenance (Sharjah)

Perform airframe and engine maintenance tasks under direct supervision to maintain airworthiness.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in airframe and engine component inspection, repair, and replacement
• Execute aircraft testing and inspections in accordance with task cards
• Follow approved procedures to ensure documentation and compliance
• Report issues and complete rectifications as directed
Requirements:
• Technical certification in Aircraft Maintenance
• Relevant experience in B1 base maintenance environment
• Knowledge of safety and maintenance standards

5. Aircraft Painte

Deliver high-quality painting and surface finishing work during scheduled maintenance events.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and carry out paint maintenance as per task cards
• Ensure correct tools and paint materials are used
• Record all work in accordance with Air Arabia and GCAA procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards during operations
Requirements:
• Experience in aircraft painting within a base or line maintenance setup
• Ability to interpret painting task cards and follow safety protocols
• Knowledge of surface prep, priming, and coating techniques

1. مهندس المقصورة

دعم مهام تحسين مظهر المقصورة الأساسية وضمان مطابقة المكونات الداخلية لأعلى معايير الجودة.
المسؤوليات:
• المساعدة في اختبار مكونات المقصورة وإصلاحها واستبدالها
• مراجعة بطاقات المهام وإعداد الأدوات والقطع وفقًا لذلك

• خلفية هندسية أو فنية أساسية

قيادة تخطيط الصيانة واستراتيجيات الضمان لضمان الامتثال والكفاءة التشغيلية.
المسؤوليات:
• الإشراف على خطط الصيانة طويلة ومتوسطة وقصيرة الأجل
• إدارة السجلات الفنية والضمانات ومكتبات الوثائق
• ضمان الامتثال للوائح الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني (GCAA) وهيئة صيانة الطائرات (CAMO)
• قيادة التنبؤات ومواءمة الموارد لعمليات الصيانة.
المتطلبات:
• خبرة مثبتة في تخطيط الصيانة في قطاع الطيران
• فهم متعمق لإجراءات صيانة الطائرات (CAMO) وبرامج صلاحية الطيران
• مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية ممتازة

3. مساعد صيانة الخطوط والقواعد

دعم عمليات فحص وإصلاح وصيانة الطائرات مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والسلامة.
المسؤوليات:
• مساعدة المهندسين في عمليات الفحص ومهام الصيانة المجدولة.
• مراجعة بطاقات المهام الموكلة لفهمها بالكامل قبل التنفيذ.
• ضمان الاستخدام السليم للقطع والأدوات ومعدات الدعم الأرضي.
• تسجيل النتائج وإتمام العمل وفقًا للمعايير التنظيمية.
المتطلبات:
• دبلوم فني أو ما يعادله من خبرة في صيانة الطائرات.
• إلمام بإجراءات الصيانة على مستوى الخطوط والقواعد.
• قدرة قوية على العمل الجماعي وإعداد التقارير.

4. فني B1 - صيانة القاعدة (الشارقة)

أداء مهام صيانة هيكل الطائرة ومحركاتها تحت إشراف مباشر للحفاظ على صلاحيتها للطيران.
المسؤوليات:
• المساعدة في فحص وإصلاح واستبدال مكونات هيكل الطائرة ومحركاتها.
• إجراء اختبارات وفحوصات للطائرات وفقًا لبطاقات المهام.
• اتباع الإجراءات المعتمدة لضمان التوثيق والامتثال.
• الإبلاغ عن المشاكل وإكمال التصحيحات وفقًا للتوجيهات.
المتطلبات:
• شهادة فنية في صيانة الطائرات.
• خبرة ذات صلة في بيئة صيانة القاعدة B1.
• معرفة بمعايير السلامة والصيانة.

5. طلاء الطائرات

تنفيذ أعمال طلاء وتشطيب أسطح عالية الجودة خلال فترات الصيانة المجدولة.
المسؤوليات:
• إعداد وتنفيذ صيانة الطلاء وفقًا لبطاقات المهام
• ضمان استخدام الأدوات ومواد الطلاء الصحيحة
• تسجيل جميع الأعمال وفقًا لإجراءات العربية للطيران والهيئة العامة للطيران المدني
• الحفاظ على معايير النظافة والسلامة أثناء العمليات.
المتطلبات:
• خبرة في طلاء الطائرات ضمن نطاق الصيانة الأساسية أو الخطية
• القدرة على تفسير بطاقات مهام الطلاء واتباع بروتوكولات السلامة
• معرفة بتقنيات تحضير الأسطح والتمهيد والطلاء.
