Document Controller
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and organize all project documentation including contracts, drawings, technical submittals, and correspondence
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of project documents to relevant teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Implement and maintain a systematic filing system for both physical and electronic records
• Track document revisions and maintain a log of changes to ensure document accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to collect and process documents
• Ensure that documents comply with company policies and industry regulations
Head of Finance
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and audits
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage cash flow, investment activities, and risk management operations
• Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and ensure accountability
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory law, financial regulations, and internal policies
• Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, banks, and investors
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management based on financial analysis and projections
• Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the executive team
Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet company growth targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments
• Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance
• Monitor sales team performance, set objectives, and provide regular feedback and coaching
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and industry professionals
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that promote our services and enhance brand visibility
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to prospective clients and partners
Site Engineer (Civil)
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise all on-site construction including subcontractors, resolve day-to-day problems on the job site, and inspect all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Respond with appropriate and necessary levels of construction supervision to provide quality assurance in accordance with contract documents
• Advise and assist the subcontractor on construction procedures
• Observe the safety procedures followed by the contractor and issue instructions as necessary to correct safety violations
• Ensure the availability of appropriate materials and tools
• Assist in the development of new project proposals including directing and preparing layouts
