Role Overview:

We are hiring a polite, dependable, and hardworking Office Lady to assist with day-to-day cleanliness and hospitality operations within our office. The ideal candidate will help maintain a neat and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of reception, workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and restrooms

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests

• Keep the pantry clean and organized; restock as needed

• Notify supervisor if pantry or cleaning items need replenishing

• Perform light errands, receive and deliver documents when required

• Proper disposal of waste; maintain hygiene standards

• Treat all team members and guests respectfully

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred)
