1- Executive Assistant & Office Manager to CEO (Acting as GM When Required)

Location: Dubai – Full-time

Job Summary:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, correspondence, and communications.

• Draft reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

• Represent the CEO in meetings and make executive decisions when delegated.

• Follow up with departments to ensure CEO’s instructions are executed.

• Oversee the organization and confidentiality of the CEO’s office.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to make strategic and operational decisions when authorized.

• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

2- Operations Manager (Acting GM) – Transportation & Logistics

Location: Dubai – Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the transportation and recovery fleet.

• Restructure and organize the operations department from scratch.

• Develop and implement business strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Lead business development to generate new leads and partnerships.

• Ensure compliance with local transportation laws and industry standards.

• Build and lead a high-performing team with clear KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years in a similar leadership role in transportation or logistics.

• Proven experience in operations building or restructuring.

• Strong network and ability to generate new business.

• Deep understanding of heavy vehicle logistics and fleet management.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA is a plus.

• Bilingual Arabic & English is a strong advantage.

3- Finance Manager – International Operations

Location: Dubai – Full-time
Salary: AED 8,000 to AED 16,000 per month

Job Summary:

• Manage financial operations of international branches ensuring efficiency and compliance.

• Oversee cross-border transactions, payroll, reconciliations, and audits.

• Prepare detailed financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses.

• Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Utilize financial software such as Odoo and Zoho Books.

• قيادة جهود تطوير الأعمال وبناء شراكات جديدة.

• إدارة فريق عالي الأداء وتحديد مؤشرات أداء واضحة.

• التأكد من الالتزام بالقوانين المحلية والمعايير الصناعية.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات في دور قيادي مشابه في مجال النقل أو اللوجستيات.

• خبرة مثبتة في بناء أو إعادة هيكلة العمليات.

• شبكة علاقات قوية وقدرة على استقطاب عملاء جدد.

• معرفة شاملة بإدارة أسطول المركبات الثقيلة.
