نبحث عن ميكانيكي سيارات ماهر وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي. يجب أن يكون المتقدم قادرًا على تشخيص وإصلاح وصيانة مختلف أنواع المركبات لضمان أدائها الأمثل وسلامتها ورضا العملاء. سيكون للموظف دور محوري في الحفاظ على سمعة الورشة في تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إجراء اختبارات تشخيصية شاملة باستخدام معدات متقدمة لتحديد الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية بدقة.
تقديم خدمات صيانة دورية مثل تغيير الزيوت، تدوير الإطارات، فحص واستبدال السوائل، وتغيير الفلاتر.
إصلاح واستبدال مكونات المركبات بما في ذلك المحركات، نواقل الحركة، أنظمة الفرامل، أنظمة التعليق، التوجيه، وأنظمة التكييف.
قراءة وتفسير الكتيبات الفنية ومخططات الأسلاك ونشرات الخدمة.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة ومفصلة لجميع الفحوصات والصيانات والإصلاحات التي تم تنفيذها، بما في ذلك قطع الغيار وساعات العمل.
الالتزام الصارم ببروتوكولات السلامة وسياسات الورشة.
التواصل الفعال مع مستشاري الخدمة والعملاء عند الحاجة لتوضيح الأعطال والإصلاحات والصيانة الموصى بها.
الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم مكان العمل وصيانة الأدوات والمعدات.
مواكبة أحدث تقنيات صيانة السيارات وأفضل الممارسات من خلال التعلم المستمر.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive diagnostic tests on vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment to accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues.
Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and replacements, and filter changes.
Execute repairs and replacements of various vehicle components such as engines, transmissions, braking systems, suspension, steering, and air conditioning systems.
Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections, services, and repairs performed, including parts used and labor hours.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and workshop policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and, when necessary, directly with customers, to explain vehicle issues, repair processes, and recommended maintenance.
Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, repair techniques, and industry best practices through continuous learning.
Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
